I always try to stay hydrated and even though I sit with a water bottle by my desk at all times, sometimes it’s kinda meh. So, in order to stay hydrated and make it tasty, I make my favorite detox water.
To make this it’s super simple. All you need is: strawberries, lemon, and mint.
Just wash the lemon, strawberries, and mint and chop them (you can keep the mint leaves intact if you want). Add as many of each ingredient as you like! I like a more minty flavor so I try to add more mint.
Then, add it to your water pitcher, then voila! Strawberry lemon detox water.
